Every November we all get out watelines ready to share in the thanksgiving feast of turkey, ham, dressing, greens, pies, cakes, and more🤤. Women gather in the kitchen to "bring to the table" dishes that we all know and love. Men gather in around the big screen while they wait for the final score of the game. Now anyone who knows me, knows that I only hang around the kitchen that I not miss out on my plate and on the sofa to eat and start trouble with the losing team 👀Every year I am the one who bring the chaos 😇 nah! I do love 😍being around my family.
Our family missed one year due to my mom having COVID 😔so thanksgiving had to be canceled because we don't trust no one elses dressing 😂. However, we came together afterwards to have a feast fit for royalty🍽️. Wasteline wasn't a factor for us. We realized that we can't be separated. Last, thanksgiving was heavy because we had to share in it without my dad. His birthday is also 🎂11/27/1961, therefore, we had a challenge to get through. However, we still sang and loved on one another. So, for me on ThanksGiving or 11/27 can you send me a message sying "Happy Birthday BiG Mike!!"🗣️ While this year having to live on without my dad was hard, my family and I made it through and for that I am grateful. To add to the Big Mike Crew, I have 3 new GrandDaughters: Arelle 05/24/2022 (My son Warnell 2nd Baby Girl (RIP Baby Jewel Sims, granny miss you)); Ra'elle 05/27/2022 (My Daughter Ashley 1st child); Nalany 09/08/2022 and my Great Neice Alayah 09/22/2022 (Nephew Rand #2 but #1 daughter lol).👩👩👧👧 We have been blessed with an abundance of life this year. While Arielle had to stay in the hospital 5 months due to being 3-4 months premature; she is home healthy and loving this life God has given her🤗. I am thankful, for the blessing that God has given our family, after another great loss to our family. While we grieve we rejoice in Knowing that God still blesses loss with life. 😇
I am also thankful for God coming through for God Healer Of Hearts Counseling Center, PC. We have moved to a bigger and cooler :) office. I was thankful for the first office for we shared three great years of continued growth and blessing our clients. However, the summer time sauna was not what we needed this year :). My new year resolution is always shedding pouunds, but not buckets of sweat. However, God is continuing to heal the hearts of many who sit on the now new sofa(s)...I do miss my red sofa. We made it through the pandemic and was able to offer both in office and online sessions to all. This year, has been a mega change. However, one that causes us to be hopeful for the future. GHOHCC had an addition to the family as well Every ONE knows and LOVES Mrs. Brittany Igbonekwu, the worlds greatest office manager, she blessed me with a nephew Brian 08/05/2022. Omg he was in the office today and he made my heart melt with that handsome smile. Had my arms loving all the new life around me. Amelia our mini me secretary is as beautiful and full of life as ever. She gave me hugs and kisses today. She a happy big sister. Tell our moms and daddys Congratulations!! 4 Girls and A Boy This Year God Is BUSY! May He continue to add life in our lives.
I thank you all for the continued support as well as great reviews. It does my heart well to know that God is working through me to reach you. Oh having COVID 3x's. I definately want to THANK THOSE WHO PRAYED, SENT FOOD, and MESSAGES OF LOVE...as I purged 🤢🤣 through those two weeks. My GOD!! ⛪️
Ok, I am going to end it here that you all have the opportunity to share with me your memories. Don't worry about writing too much or too often. It's fine, trust me before anyone else post I might have four new ones. Again, I am thankful for and to you all. Be blessed.
